Source: Roy Morgan Single Source (March - August 2010). Total Australians 14+ who named their internet provider (n=6,878). “% Satisfied” is the proportion of all customers who are “Very” or “Fairly” satisfied with their overall service with that internet service provider (on a five point scale). Total industry figure excludes those who ‘can’t say’ their provider.
Andrew Braun, Industry Director Mobile, Internet and Technology at Roy Morgan Research, says:
“Internode and iiNet have similar strategies of reselling Internet Protocol television (IPTV) products (FetchTV and TiVO) to provide high-definition broadband TV and movies streamed to the computer.
"Telstra has just introduced T-Box, its competitor product in the IPTV space, and Apple have released a new version of their Apple TV. This may see the beginning of IPTV as a battle ground for the consumer market and satisfaction.”
