Jacqui E out in front for Clothing Store Customer Satisfaction

The latest data released in the Roy Morgan Retail Satisfaction Report for the 12 months to March 2010 reveals Jacqui E has the highest customer satisfaction of all the clothing stores.
 

The report found Jacqui E led customer satisfaction with 93.5% of its customers either very satisfied or fairly satisfied, followed by Bras N Things (90.7%), Katies (90.3%), Sportsgirl (90.0%) and Rockmans (89.5%).

George Pesutto, Industry Director - Consumer Products, Roy Morgan Research, says:

“In the highly competitive category of clothing store retailers, the Just Group’s Jacqui E chain comes out on top for satisfying more of their customers than any other clothing store.

“With a further three stores recording ninety percent or higher satisfaction ratings, and the average for the category at eighty eight percent, the majority of stores have exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.

“By contrast the store with the lowest customer satisfaction is also part of the Just Group, with the retailer Just Jeans more than ten percentage points below that of sister group Jacqui E.”
