“The gap between the top store Home Hardware and Bunnings has increased over the last 12 months. With no increases seen from hardware giant Bunnings, it’s entirely due to Home Hardware now satisfying more of their customers.
“Interestingly, a year ago all four stores were within just two percentage points of each other, the latest satisfaction results now revealing this has opened up considerably with more than five percentage points separating the top and bottom performing hardware stores.”
