Sports Power ahead for Sports Store Customer Satisfaction

The latest retail customer satisfaction report in Australia reveals that Sports Power has emerged as the sports store with the highest percentage of satisfied customers at 85.9% in the 12 months to March 2010.
 

Of the other sports retailers measured Rebel Sport came in second with 84.4% of customers satisfied (down by 0.3% points from the 12 months to December ’09) and Sportsco was third with 77.3% (down 4.2% points), almost 9% points behind Sports Power.

“Sports Power is now narrowly ahead of its competitors in terms of customer satisfaction due mainly to the dramatic drop by Sportsco which has fallen from clear leader in mid 2009 to last place currently.

"Rebel Sport has performed consistently over the last few years and is generally around the average in terms of customer satisfaction.”
