George Pesutto, Industry Director - Consumer Products, Roy Morgan Research, says:
“The latest customer satisfaction results continue to position The Reject Shop above all other bargain stores, with Sam’s Warehouse the only other store satisfying more than eight out of ten of their customers.
“The report also reveals a steady downward trend in overall customer satisfaction for all the bargain stores over the last 12 months despite the number of customers shopping there remaining unchanged. Furthermore, with bargain store satisfaction being the lowest of all the categories in the report, it’s clear that bargain store shoppers continue to shop there even though they are not as satisfied as customers at most other retailers.”
