This report looks at Internet Service Providers (ISPs) within Australia, providing information on the customer satisfaction with each of these providers. This detailed report also provides an indication of overall customer satisfaction with ISPs within Australia, with satisfaction trends starting from July 2009 and showing six month moving averages.
Further analysis of customer satisfaction includes overall satisfaction levels of Internet customers with their main home Internet connection as well as with any additional personal Internet connection, if they have any.
